Please join Writership for a FREE Writing Workshop at Mind Body Yoga! Shavasana Writing.

We will first revisit the guidelines for free writing. We will then center with a period of shavasana. Then we will let the revelations of our meditations flow from our hearts to our hands to the page. Our writing session will be followed by a sharing segment. You may share as much or as little of the experience as you’d like.
