While this workshop uses yoga & writing to help break creative blocks, you do not need to be an experienced yogi or writer to participate. All you need is a love for taking care of your physical body and a desire to express yourself through writing.

This Yoga & Writing Block Buster Retreat combines the time-tested Practical Yoga retreat workouts with accessible, hands-on writing experiences each day to help you go deeply into the rich soil of your life and electrify your creative endeavors.

What’s Included:

Get ready to sweat. laugh and let your spirit soar, as each day features one two-hour session of Practical Yoga & Meditation and one two-hour prompt-based writing experience in one of the most stunning environments you could imagine, surrounded by fiery lava, invigorating ocean, tropical foliage, and people celebrating the spirit of aloha.

In addition to our yoga sessions and adventures, there are special ceremonies planned to allow you go to deeper into transformation.

About the Writing:

If you are a writer, the writing classes are simple in format (prompt-based) and will re-engage your creative mind to help you bust through writer’s block. If you are a novice, this format offers a safe environment from which to explore, to encourage your creative energies to soar.

About the Yoga:

Practical Yoga is Will’s special combination of both the more ubiquitous hatha/vinyasa yoga and the ancient and powerful white tantric technology of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation (as originally taught by Yogi Bhajan.) This potent combination is a practical way to consciously cultivate inner strength, compassion and self-awareness. Each class is accessible and invigorating.
